Cindy's career began in product sales and marketing before moving into AI and business applications, by way of her own marketing consultancy and a spell as Solution Director for AI and business automation at Capgemini. That route shows in how Red Bear shapes product around what buyers actually do rather than around what the technology makes easy.

Dan has led technology at Microsoft, IBM and EY. He holds a PhD in computer science, with a thesis on artificial intelligence, machine learning and enterprise intelligence — the ground the platform is built on.

Vinay has held product leadership roles at EY and BT. At EY he and Dan worked with unicorn startups on the problem of scaling fast without losing control of how the business decides — which is the problem Red Bear's products exist to solve.
Chief AI Officer
Jane is on the founding team and owns the model layer beneath all three products — including the line Red Bear draws between what a model may decide for itself and what it may only propose to a person.
