Enterprise Decision Governance · Empower, Trust, Verify

Four books on how organisations decide

A four-book series on governing decisions across an organisation, whether a person or an AI agent makes them. Governance for Human and AI Decisions is the line they all carry, and it is meant literally: one standard, one register, one way of learning, whoever or whatever made the call.

Why the series exists

Authority has moved outward. Judgement has not moved with it.

Every organisation makes decisions. Few can say who made them, on what evidence, or under which rule — and fewer still learn anything from them afterwards. The gap widens as authority moves outward, to front-line teams, to partners, and now to AI agents deciding at a speed no approval queue was built for.

This series sets out Enterprise Decision Governance: a way to hold people and AI agents to the same standard, to delegate without losing control, and to build an organisation that gets better at deciding. It runs from the framework itself, through applied use cases and the architecture underneath, to the culture that makes any of it stick.
